  • I support young people to navigate relationships, improve communication, manage conflict, and build healthy, respectful connections with others.

  • I help young people manage pressure around school and exams by building coping strategies, improving confidence, and finding balance so they can perform without becoming overwhelmed.

PARENTS & CARERS

Watching your child struggle is hard. But you may have your own struggles too. And you can have your own support - space to process, strategise, and breathe.


  • I support parents to feel more confident and connected in their parenting, offering practical strategies and guidance to navigate challenges while strengthening relationships with their children.

  • I help individuals and families improve the way they express themselves and listen to others, building clearer, more respectful communication and reducing conflict.

  • I provide a supportive space to unpack stress and overwhelm, helping you recognise the signs of burnout, restore balance, and build sustainable ways to care for your wellbeing.

  • I support individuals and couples to strengthen their relationships by improving communication, rebuilding trust, and navigating challenges in a healthy, respectful way.

ADULTS

Grief, big life changes, anxiety, stress - counselling isn't just for young people. Adults deserve a space to sort through things too.


  • I provide a compassionate space to process loss in your own time, supporting you through the many emotions of grief while helping you gently adjust and find meaning moving forward.

  • I support you through periods of change such as career shifts, separation, parenthood, or personal growth, helping you navigate uncertainty and build clarity and confidence in your next steps.

  • I work with individuals and couples to improve communication, rebuild trust, and navigate challenges, supporting healthier and more fulfilling relationships.

  • I help you understand the patterns of anxiety and develop practical tools to manage overwhelming thoughts and feelings, so you can feel more grounded, calm, and in control of your daily life.
